In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, interior design projects, and spending time with my family and puppies, Clifton and Ryker.
My Approach
I believe in a relational approach and that growth happens through authentic connection. I am passionate about providing support and education on the "ins and outs" of anxiety and OCD on the brain (hint: It IS treatable). I strive to center treatment around exploring and encouraging individuals to identify their values to help best pave the way to engage in meaningful action that will bring more joy and life satisfaction. I utilize a strength-based, client-centered approach while empowering individuals to develop adaptive coping mechanisms in the face of distress (another hint: you can do hard things!) and overall create a meaningful relationship to one's emotions. Most importantly; I encourage vulnerability and authenticity in my sessions and creates a safe space for self-discovery.
